norwegian minister1ALGIERS- Norwegian Foreign Minister Borge Brende arrived Saturday afternoon in Algiers for two-day working visit to Algeria at the invitation of his Algerian counterpart Ramtane Lamamra.

This visit comes at a time "when the overall relations are experiencing dynamism, which reinforces friendship relations between the two countries," said a press release from the Foreign Ministry.
It "also reflects the resolve of both countries to further deepen political dialogue, consolidate and promote economic relations and partnership."
During this visit, the two ministers "will evaluate the bilateral cooperation and will review the current regional and international issues," had said the source.
Upon his arrival at Houari-Boumediene International Airport, he was welcomed by Lamamra.
